- Set up the blocks of rooms with the hotels, put together a list of hotels for the teams to choose from, provide a reservation form, confirmation and room list form.
- Make sure to use only quality products.
- The teams can either make reservations via fax, email, a toll-free number or via our Web site.
- We act as the liaison between the teams and the hotels to ensure all room lists and changes are received and that the special requests are met
- Provide the tournament with reports with regards to which teams are booked at what hotels in case they need to be contacted.
